We provide free, confidential information, support, referral and advocacy services to assist people living in the Blacktown local government area. Our Community and Youth Engagement Officers can support you by negotiating on your behalf with service providers, government agencies, utilities companies and other businesses.

BACC also provides support for people experiencing unexpected financial hardship.

Assistance is provided in the form of:

• Food pantry items.
• personal hygiene products including sanitary items.
• School stationery.
